What this demonstrates
Conditional formatting
Six rule families encode different business signals: budget magnitude uses data bars, margin uses a color scale, delivery uses icons, late days use a numeric threshold, status highlights rows using a formula, and shared owners use duplicate-value formatting. Change the first project's health to see several rules react together. Remove and reapply the rules to compare them with the base document styles.
