What this demonstrates
Selection and change events
Workbook.events delivers cell activation and mutation notifications. Subscriptions return cleanup functions. The sample retains a bounded log and rebinds its listeners after reset or document load.

Document ownership
The ready event supplies the initialized editor. Each action resolves document objects from the current workbook. Reset loads a clean TXWB snapshot; worksheet, range, chart, and dashboard handles must be acquired again after loading.
